The Greenwood Personal Training Staff is a cornerstone of the club. Personal Trainers play an important role in facilitating an energizing, inviting and safe atmosphere for all members and guests. Personal Trainers are expected to offer prompt, professional, courteous service to all members, assist members in creating and executing safe and effective workout programs, while helping to maintain a neat and orderly environment at all times.
We are currently searching for highly qualified Personal Trainers who are available early morning, late afternoon/evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The Member Coach is responsible for activities designed to ensure member engagement. The goal of this position is to assist with onboarding new members into the club and improve engagement and retention of existing members. The Member Coach will track member usage, make introductory and follow-up calls to schedule appointments and meetings with new and existing member, provide support and guidance to ensure the attainment of results through connections and usage of club programs and offerings.
Greenwood is searching for a Member Coach who holds a personal training certification with group fitness experience, to properly advise members needing guidance in attaining their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work varying hours with the occasional early morning, evening and weekend hours.

Masters Program Swim Coach
Greenwood is seeking a part-time, Masters Program Swim Coach. Under the direction of the Director of Aquatics and working in cooperation with other Masters Coaches, this person will be responsible for all aspects of coaching participants in a masters swim program (ages 18+, swimming at all levels from basic fitness to competitive triathlons), during one of the 11:00am scheduled practice times, including on-deck coaching and at meets, and subbing for other coaches. Minimum two years coaching experience required. Age Group Coach - Tiger Shark Youth Swim Team
The Greenwood Tiger Sharks are seeking a part-time, year-around Age Group Coach. This coach will manage groups and will design and conduct practices as well as assist Head Coach and Senior Coach. Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Age Group Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching assigned age groups of the Greenwood Tiger Sharks (GTS) Swim Team program, including on-deck for practices and at meets. Competitive swimming background and minimum two years coaching experience required. Must be registered with USA Swimming. ASCA Level 2 Certification or above preferred. Kids' Club Attendant
The Kids' Club is looking for morning and daytime attendants to work with and care for children from infant to 12 years of age. Applicants must be able to pass state background checks and must have or acquire CPR/AED certification. Pilates InstructorGreenwood is looking for a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor that enjoys all types of fitness and wants to work in a fully equipped studio where there are opportunities to grow your business as well as grow as a teacher. At Greenwood you have the opportunity to work side by side with a Master Instructor along with other seasoned instructors, who motivate and support our members and guests in making Pilates a lifestyle. Looking for someone that wants to work 15+ hours/week.
Responsibilities include: Developing safe, professional and comprehensive Pilates training programs to ensure clients are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals; Instructing mat, private and group Pilates equipment based classes while maintaining the cleanliness of the Pilates studio; Developing and maintaining a Pilates client base; Promoting and selling Pilates training programs and classes to members; Achieving or exceeding monthly revenue and session goals. Water Fitness Instructor
Greenwood is seeking water fitness instructors for current and new programs, specifically for Saturday morning classes. Looking for experienced instructors for traditional water fitness, but will also consider other styles. Candidates must possess current certifications and at least 2 years teaching experience. Group Fitness Instructor
Greenwood is seeking group fitness instructors to teach the following formats:
- Les Mills Programs: BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP and CXWORX

- Yoga: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Sculpt
- INSANITY and H.I.I.T.
- Dance: UJAM and ZUMBA
