Join the team this yearwhether you’re doing your first sprint race or your tenth Ironman! Greenwood Athletic and Tennis Club has partnered with FastForward Sports (F4) to offer a comprehensive triathlon program for aspiring and perspiring triathletes of all levels in a non-intimidating and professional environment. Train and race alongside your teammates this season under professional coaches who help tailor workouts for a full range of athletes with a variety of experience and goals.
Coaching is provided in-person as well as online, and triathletes access their training schedule, journal, and club message board through FastForward’s simple-to-use member’s only site. *Prices do not include race entry fees, but do include both the in-person and online coaching.
FastForward Sports was founded in 2005 by Scott Fliegelman in order to provide a one-of-a-kind group training experience for running, triathlon, fitness and fun! Scott noticed a gap in the available training options between the social club/team experience and personal coaching, and was looking for the perfect blend of both to better meet the needs of most Boulder and Denver Metro recreational athletes. Calling on his successful background which combined 20+ years of coaching, management, and program development, Scott has assembled an incredible staff of nearly 50 coaches, and together they’ve helped deliver the FastForward experience to over 1,000 aspiring and perspiring athletes. F4's Head Coach in Denver is Garry Roseman, USAT Level 1 certified coach, 2006 & 2007 USAT All-American, 2008 USAT Honorable Mention All-American. Garryand his staff of expertlytrained coaches will be runningtheGreenwood Triathlon Team.
