These programs are seasonal: Soccer Conditioning Camp Want to be faster and more agile for soccer? Ben Clark will be leading this challenging and progressive workout for age divided groups. Soccer camp will work on position specific drills with an emphasis on technical footwork to increase your ability to maneuver the ball better. You will also learn strengthening and flexibility exercises that will keep you in the game all season long.
Basketball Skills and Conditioning Are you tired of going to basketball games and seeing your child sit the bench? Join Brian Howard and Brandon Smith as they team up in a skills and conditioning workout to take your athlete to the next level. Brian Howard will focus on fundamentals such as shooting techniques, rebounding, setting picks and moving without the ball, dribbling and boxing out. Brandon Smith will focus on increasing speed, vertical jump and stamina through circuit training and hand-eye coordination drills. )
