We have a variety of different programs that can help you reach your goals: One-on-One Personal Training - This allows you and your trainer to individualize your workout and spend a great deal of time focusing on form, technique, and the best way for you to see results.
Two-on-One Personal Training - You and a friend will get a great workout with one of our professional trainers. This is a perfect option for those who like to workout with a friend but need guidance and instruction to maintain consistency and remain efficient.
Whether you have a specific training goal or special consideration, small group training may benefit you. Enjoy the guided instruction of a Personal Trainer and the camaraderie of working in a small group (3-5 participants) while making progress toward achieving your goal. (Programs are conducted at different times of the year; see calendar of events below)

Power Fitness - a year-round, intense all-around conditioning class that uses weights, cardio movements and plyometrics to super charge your workout to the next level. The class is lead by two of our top trainers Joe "Sport" Talbert and Oyvind "The big O" Gulbrandsen. Can you meet the challenge and last 60 minutes in Power Fitness?

Some of the best athletes in the world are boxers! Now you can get a taste of how they train. Darren Meyer will train you like a boxer. You will work on footwork, jump rope drills, mitt work, heavy bag and conditioning exercises in a fun and friendly environment.

at it? Your answer is Boxing 101 with conditioning coach and boxing enthusiast
Darren Meyer. Darren will teach you boxing skills without the fear of getting hit

conditioning…just like the boxers!
