GATC Personal Trainers arm themselves with a variety of techniques including strength and stretching routines, cardiovascular routines, core, balance, plyometric and even sport specific routines.

GAC Personal Trainers are either degreed in the exercise field or certified through one of several nationally recognized certification bodies such as NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, AFAA and ISSA.
