Become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer

In the individualized and kinetic field of personal training, hands-on experience is invaluable.

At Greenwood, we’ve crafted our personal training development program with this in mind. In our program, you’ll have 8 hours of hands-on experience — in the classroom and weight room — per week for 10 weeks. You’ll learn about the intricacies of personal training from a master trainer and other experienced health and fitness professionals. Our curriculum is based on the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Certified Personal Trainer materials, and the course will prepare you to successfully complete the NASM exam and become a certified personal trainer.
