Trenton Kite graduated from Howard College School of Nursing in 1992. He has been a fitness enthusiast for many years and became a group exercise instructor in 2000. A Texas native, Trenton moved to Colorado in 2004, started teaching group exercise for GATC and is now our full time Member Coach. Trenton’s only “child” is a precocious six pound Malti-poo named Jake!
Trenton is Les Mills certified in BodyPUMP and BodySTEP.
