“Energy” is the word I look for in describing the club these days! Usage is up, the parking lot is full, weight room is buzzing with excitement, tennis courts are booked and lots of talk about new classes and programs. I am thrilled with the turnout for our Zumba, willpower & Grace, and BodyATTACK sampler classes. Be sure and look for new classes on the February group exercise schedule. In addition we have launched our new Greenwood Triathlon Team and have already received great feedback from our members. Greenwood is the place to be for triathlon training from beginner to advanced! The winter issue of The Pulse is in circulation and contains up-to-date information about all of our new programs and services. You can pick up a hard copy at the club or go to the News & FYI link for all the latest issues. Thank you to all of our members for your loyalty and dedication to GATC throughout the past year(s). We are your partner in health and look forward to the year ahead and helping you reach your goals.

TEAM MEMBER OF THE MONTH - JANUARY 2010
 Congratulations Suzette Anderson, chosen by her peers as Team Member Of The Month for January 2010. Suzette was born in Northern California and has lived in Colorado for the past 9 years. Her family consists of husband Jamie, a 17 year old son, an adult daughter with two young kids, ages 3 and 5 months, and of course her 3 dogs. Suzette loves being "Mimi" to her two grandkids and enjoys cooking, gardening, bargain-hunting, watching hockey, running, biking and working out. Suzette says she loves her job at GATC and really enjoys the 5am members that are so dedicated to their early morning workouts. She also enjoys how pleasant and fun that early morning crowd is and states that "They are the best part of my day!"
