J Madden spent 28 years in commercial real estate development and has shifted his attention to his role as the owner of JAG Management Group that manages and operates Greenwood Athletic and Tennis Club. J Madden developed and founded Greenwood Athletic Club, which opened July 1, 1987 and has been recognized as a leader in the athletic club industry since. JAG Management Group retains over 200 full and part-time employee’s including a management team that is among the best in the industry. Our focus remains directed on membership satisfaction, membership retention, advancing the message of health and fitness in our community and maintaining our role as the clear market leader in full service athletic clubs. J Madden is married to Linda. They have 5 year old twins Joseph and Grace.


Paula Neubert - General Manager x309

Paula began her employment at GATC as Program Director in October of 2002 and was hired on as the General Manager in July of 2003. Paula received her BS degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Nebraska and comes with 23 years experience in the fitness industry, working in various capacities from group exercise instructor to business developer and strategic planner. She built numerous facilities while residing in southern California including medically based fitness centers, Pilates studios and a 16,000 square foot health and fitness center designed solely for kids. Paula and her husband Keith have been married for over 15 years and they have three children; Tatum (12), Cal (9) and Kasey (6).

Gene has been at GATC for nearly 21 years and 10 previous years of background experience in construction. He has been married to his wife Vickie for over 27 years. They have five children; two grown, Chris and Shawn, Gene Michael (17), Serah (14) and Blake (8).

Craig graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Degree in Economics. Craig joined GATC in 1995 and has over 16 years experience in human resources, personnel and payroll practices. He has been a member of the Society For Human Resources Management and the Employee Benefits Advisory Council. Craig has been married for over 15 years to Beth and they have a 5 year old daughter, Lindsay, and a baby boy named Joshua, born February 18, 2008.

Dan began employment with GATC in November of 2005 after ten years in the software and telecommunications industry.  Dan is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Financial Accounting. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995 and a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants since 1997. Dan enjoys road and mountain biking, skiing, running, swimming and anything else that could be considered a workout.


Barbara Lubbers - Vice President of Club Services x317

After teaching classes at GATC for 15 years and serving as Director of Group Exercise on two separate occasions, Barbara is now the Vice President of Club Services. She assists and oversees four department managers, concentrating on improving the level of service we provide to our members. She is certified in Group Exercise, Personal Training, Lifestyle and Weight Management and Indoor Cycling. She shares her home with her husband of 26 years, Steve, 2 dogs and 1 cat. Her son Travis’ life revolves around a very large, black Jeep named Kong. Stop by her office…she’s always happy to share photos!


Tiffany S Levine - Director Of Marketing x305

Tiffany started working at GATC in February of 2006. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, with a double minor in Communications and Women's Studies. Tiffany has held membership and sales positions in multiple health clubs and has an excellent background in local and national marketing and public relations. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and a Lifestyle & Weight Managment Consultant.


Jenna Fylpaa - Sales Manager x306

Jenna has been employed at GATC since June of 2000. Jenna was raised in Southern California and grew up playing competitive junior tennis on the Southern California circuit. She enjoyed playing Division 1 college tennis and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Spanish. Jenna enjoys golf, yoga and tennis in her free time. Jenna is engaged to be married in July 2008.

Ron has been teaching tennis full-time for over 24 years and has been at Greenwood Tennis Club for over 12 years. Ron was recently named the USPTA Intermountain Division's 2008 Facility Manager of the Year. He has previously been named the USPTA Intermountain's six state region 2006 Facility Manager, 2001 Professional of the Year and the 2002 and 2004 Certification Tester of the Year. Ron has two children, Quinn 20 and Layne 16 with his wife Laura.

Larry has been with Greenwood Athletic and Tennis Club since January of 1994 and has over 16 years experience in maintenance and housekeeping services. He comes from a large family with two brothers and four sisters. Larry enjoys NASCAR and classic cars (he drives a pristine 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass).

Lisa has been employed at Greenwood Athletic and Tennis Club since 1997. She was born and raised in California and has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis. Lisa has lived in Colorado for almost 13 years with her husband, Art, and their four wonderful children.


Sara Talbert - Director of Pilates x375

Sara has been a Pilates Instructor for the past 10 years and was one of the first instructors teaching Pilates at GATC. Sara is also a teacher trainer for Peak Pilates. She received her degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Along with her certification in Pilates, Sara is Spin certified and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist. Sara is married to Joe (GATC Personal Trainer) and they have two daughters; Juliana (4) and Evie (2).

Vic has been at GATC since August of 2003. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Wellness from the University of South Florida and has been working in the fitness field since 1994. Vic is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. He is also an avid martial artist and is an instructor in several different disciplines. Vic has lived in Colorado since 2001 with his wife Amy.

Julie is a graduate from Colorado State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science and a concentration in Nutrition and Fitness. She began her employment with Greenwood Athletic and Tennis Club in December of 2006. She has lots of excellent experience managing and overseeing youth programs, activities and as a Camp Director in an athletic club environment.
