As the business office goes through an expansion, we will temporarily relocate the Business/Administrative Staff to various locations throughout the club.
Please see list below for new locations:
BUSINESS TEAM AND MEMBER COACH - Inquire at the Club Ambassador Desk, relocated to Squash Court #1
CONCIERGE – Inquire at the Front Desk, relocated to office behind the Front Desk
CLUB AMBASSADOR – Relocated to the lobby; help with member account inquiries, upgrades and add-ons and will locate the appropriate staff for your assistance
EXECUTIVE TEAM AND DIRECTOR OF MEMBER SERVICES – Inquire at the Club Ambassador Desk; find Paula Neubert, Dan Grey, Barbara Lubbers, Craig Morgan and Lisa Thomas located in the trailer outside the club
SALES AND MARKETING - Inquire for membership at the Front Desk or Club Ambassador Desk; office adjacent to Kids’ Club
VALUABLES LOST AND FOUND – Inquire with the Club Ambassador or Front Desk

I am happy to announce the installation of our new lockers started last night in the women’s locker room. We anticipate finishing the remaining women’s half size day use lockers this evening and will begin installation of the women’s full size executive lockers on Thursday evening. The men’s half size day use and executive locker installation will also begin on Thursday evening and installation of the men’s full size executive lockers should start Friday evening.
The locks are working correctly and instruction sheets have been placed in various locations throughout the locker rooms to assist you with locking and unlocking your locker. We also have small index cards available at the Activity Desk if you would like to write down your code and locker number during the next few days until you feel more comfortable with the lockers. Please ask for assistance at the Activity Desk if you need any help.
Many of you have been asking about the old lockers and what is happening to them. We have a list of non-profit organiztions and schools who have requested them and will be putting them to good use.

The locker display has been removed from the lobby to make room for the weight room and business office expansion display. Sample locks are still located at both the front and activity desk for you to practice.
The new expansion display inludes three easels showing renderings of both the inside and outside spaces of the expansion. Please look over the display and let me know if you have any questions.
The Locker Q & A and Expansion Q & A are both still available on the home page of the website and at various locations throughout the club.
